This winter, Harbin is really on fire. There is also a bath with Harbin. A complete rubbing bath needs to go through four steps: washing, soaking, steaming and rubbing.

When the white plastic film is shaken, the water pipe is flushed, and the movements are flowing. Men rub both sides and women rub all sides. Every bathing master guarantees to polish you smooth. As a link that frightens southerners, rubbing bath is basically based on "getting into the mud".

Some netizens have experienced that the effect of polishing tiles after rubbing is basically proportional to the degree of grinning when rubbing. Some people even said that after a "grin", they woke up and found themselves injured in a bath. Should I take a bath or not? How should I take a bath so as not to hurt myself?

Take a bath happily, but be restrained.

1. The bath water temperature should not be too high.

It is cold in winter, and many people like to take a bath with relatively high water temperature, which makes them feel particularly comfortable. However, in fact, too high water temperature will excite our peripheral nerves, accelerate the loss of body water, and then aggravate the dry skin after bathing, and even induce urticaria.

If the water temperature is too high, it will easily lead to skin dilatation and blood vessel dilatation, which will reduce the blood supply to the heart and brain. People with basic diseases may even induce arrhythmia and sudden death. Therefore, the water temperature for bathing should be about 37℃ ~ 38℃ close to human body temperature, and generally not more than 40℃.

2. The bath time should not be too long.

When soaking in warm water at 38℃ ~ 40℃, the blood circulates around the body for about 1 minute, but it takes about 20 times for us to warm up from the inside out, that is to say, the bath time of about 20 minutes is the most appropriate. Especially for people with cardiovascular diseases, it is not recommended to take a long bath.

Don’t take a bath on an empty stomach, and don’t take a bath just after eating.

Taking a bath on an empty stomach can cause dizziness, nausea and other symptoms, but it is not appropriate to take a bath just after eating. When people just finish eating, a lot of blood flows into the stomach, and hot water will make a lot of blood flow to the skin, causing stomach ischemia and indigestion.

"Sauna competition" is unnecessary.

1. Don’t steam sauna on an empty stomach.

When you relax in a steaming steaming steaming room, you will feel sweaty, which is because your body is consuming energy. If you sweat on an empty stomach, it is easy to have hypoglycemia fainting and collapse. Don’t sweat when you are too full. It is recommended to enter the steaming room one hour after meals.

It is best to drink some drinks containing sodium and potassium ions or sugary brackish water before and after the sauna to supplement the excessive water, salt and energy consumed by the body and maintain the electrolyte balance of the body.

2. Don’t stay in the sauna for too long

The competition of "how long can I stay in the sauna" is probably the common childhood memory of many children in Northeast China, but it is not that the longer I stay, the better. Generally, it is advisable to take less than 10 minutes at a time.

Saunas are not recommended for these groups of people.

At the high temperature in the sauna room, the skin temperature rises sharply, the capillaries dilate, and the blood pressure drops, which reduces the blood supply to the brain. Patients with chronic diseases and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, such as hypertension, hypotension, hyperlipidemia, myocardial infarction, diabetes, etc., are not recommended to steam sauna.

Rubbing too hard will hurt the skin.

Many people are used to taking "getting rid of mud" as a measure of whether it is washed or not. The more mud you rub down, the more you feel a sense of accomplishment. But from the perspective of skin health, the technology of "rubbing hard" is gradually hurting your skin.

These "mud" are actually the metabolites of the human body. Its scientific name is sebum membrane, which is a mixture of oily substances secreted by the human body mixed with dust, microorganisms and bacteria, and generally covers the outermost layer of the human body.

Although sebum membrane looks like dirty mud, it actually plays a considerable protective role on human body, which can not only protect the body from external damage, but also prevent the loss of nutrients, especially water. Hard rubbing with a bath towel will destroy this protective film, which will lead to dry and sensitive skin and even increase the risk of skin diseases.

If you really like to take a bath, it is recommended to follow the following points:

1. People with dry skin and peeling and itching in winter are not recommended to take a bath;

2. Choose soft towels or other tools, not too rough.

3. Pay attention and be gentle with yourself

Another point that has to be mentioned in the Northeast Bathhouse is that "feeding services" such as milking, salting and red wine rubbing are of course harmless to experience as features. As for the claimed curative effects, just listen.

After this series of happy activities, remember to keep warm when you go out, because the temperature difference between indoor and outdoor is large, and it is easy to get sick if you don’t pay attention. You must keep warm before going out of this "happy paradise".
